I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and I didn't want to leave. They were spotlessly clean, although on the smaller side. One thing to note is that the large balcony pictured with the King Suite w/balcony is only available on the second floor rooms. The service was top-notch; the staff even moved us to another room to ensure we had a fabulous experience with a fireplace. The morning rooftop bar views were phenomenal. The location couldn't have been better - right in downtown Napa, close to the river, shops, and restaurants. Dining was fine, and I particularly enjoyed the artisan bread. The facilities were great overall.

The hotel is wonderfully located in the center of downtown Napa, offering easy access to many shops and restaurants. The rooms are cozy with comfortable beds and pillows, but the view is not the best. The service is top-notch, although there were issues with check-in and check-out for our reservation.
